If you would like to return a product, please read carefully the following guidelines:

General Return Policy/Eligibility for Return:

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return any product, if it is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging or stickers.

Before returning the package, please contact us. Unauthorized returns will not be able to be processed by our warehouse.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want faster, is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Incorrect Shipping Information or Custom Declaration:

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that it is their responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping address information when placing an order through ZAMAN. In case the address provided is incorrect, the shipping company will fail to deliver the package. They will attempt to redeliver the package and eventually send it back our warehouse.

 

We cover taxes & duties for most countries in EU and for US, if the package is help by customs because of additional taxes and the customer fails to cover the cost, the package will have to be returned to us before we can ship a new one. In case the package is destroyed and you no longer want the product, we will partially refund the payment minus the product cost

Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for covering the costs associated with shipping returns. 
Once your return has been accepted, you can use your own label after you receive special instructions from us in respect of the procedure and we provide us with the return address from our warehouse in United States or EUROPE, Netherlands. 

 

In case you are located in the United States and the European Union, you can use a label provided by us. In this case, the price of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount or you can chose to use your own label, and the processing fee for restock will not be applied or deducted from the refund.

Change of Shipping Address                    

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, the Customer may request a change to the shipping address only if the order has not yet been shipped. ZAMAN will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but does not guarantee the change of shipping address. If the order has already left and the package fails to be delivered, the customer will have to wait until the order arrives back to our warehouse.

If the wrong shipping address is provided at checkout, we are not responsible for the delays or costs of re-delivery or non-deliveries resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping address information provided by the Customer. We cannot issue a refund if the package does not arrive due to incorrect address details.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the defect on the item will not be reported within the first two days of arrival, we will consider that any damage to the product was not produced by the shipping.

Shipping Delays and Natural Disasters:

While we are not responsible for packages lost due to natural disasters or uncontrollable events, we will offer a replacement for the lost items. Until the order arrives, a refund will not be possible. Later on, the items can be returned due to the inconvenience caused by the delay and your money will be refunded.

Delivery to Shipping Address: 

ZAMAN shall make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the ordered products to the shipping address provided by the Customer within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, ZAMAN shall not be liable for any delays or non-deliveries caused by circumstances under or beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, third party failure or governmental sanctions.

Products you cannot Return or Exchange

Orders for products that have been personalized in any way or otherwise made for you with bespoke specifications cannot be cancelled and such products cannot be returned to us for exchange or refund. This includes, without limitation, custom orders, special orders, and products that have been engraved or altered from its original condition (resized, modified). We reserve our right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, if the security tags which are attached to the products have been cut, or the product has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly. 

 

Additionally, watches labeled as "custom made" can't be refunded because these timepieces are custom-made, out of our general catalogue and produced specifically for you. They will be non-refundable once purchased.

If you return the free item or the free item has arrived defect, no refund will be issued. If you return one of the other items, you will receive a refund for the product, minus the value of the free product at the time of purchase. For example, if your cart contains an item for 80$, 70$, and 60$, the 60$ product will be the one set free. If you decide to return the 70$ product, your refund will be 70$ minus 60$ for the free product, so the total refund will be 10$. General terms and conditions also apply

Order Fulfilment Disclaimer and Refund Process

There are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be informed about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment, then you will be refunded. We will contact you via email with full information.

Accountability and Awareness:

By forming an account on our website/app or by placing an order, you adhere to all the terms and conditions, privacy policy, service terms, and refund policy of ZAMAN. In no such event it can be claimed that the consumer was unaware of these terms, and any claim against the ZAMAN that does not acknowledge these terms shall be invalid before the court or any authority in any jurisdiction.

Protection of ZAMAN's Interests:

This Policy is established to safeguard the interests of ZAMAN and ensure equitable and transparent transactions with our valued customers.

Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute or claim arising from this Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Customers agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts in the United Arab Emirates for the resolution of any such disputes. Therefore, any claims made against ZAMAN regarding shipping costs for returns or any other claim from other jurisdictions will not be valid, unless it is raised before the local courts in Dubai United Arab Emirates.

Acknowledgement: 

Please be aware that by engaging with ZAMAN, customer agree that any disputes or claims arising from our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Furthermore, customer agree that no claims against the company can be made from any jurisdiction or under any law seeking reimbursement for shipping fees or claiming any torts or damages.

If Refund is not Approved

In the event that a refund is not approved for any reason, including but not limited to the failure to meet eligibility criteria outlined in ZAMAN's Return Policy, you ("Customer") shall be responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the return of the item to you.

ZAMAN reserves the unilateral right to update, amend, or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise required by law, any such changes may be posted on our website. By continuing to use our services and purchasing products after the posting of any changes to this Policy, you agree to be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy. Without notice, such changes shall be deemed valid and enforceable against the consumer
